YWMP’s remix EP is a showcase of the project's recent work after launching a music production course in 2020 lockdown.

YWMP partnered up with Ableton, to provide our participants with training in using music production software. With home music studio equipment donated by Focusrite, participants have been able to continue creating their own music in lockdown. The course continues to develop with our participants growing in knowledge and skills.

After a 6 week remix course led by artist and producer Tiiva, we took our music production skills to the next level and learnt how to remix.

The original track, Charli XCX’s 'Forever' was remixed by the participants of YWMP with their own distinctive styles. We are excited to show you the outcome of how one song given to 4 artists turned out!

All proceeds from sales will go directly to the charity, ensuring YWMP can continue providing support to young women and non binary people ages 14+ with a safe and inclusive community where they can express themselves and make noise.
